In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "wc999," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the wc999 platform accessible at wc999.ws and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the wc999 website, mobile web application, and all gaming, betting, and account management services offered therein.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the wc999 Platform or otherwise accesses any wc999 service.
• "Account" means the individual, password-protected account created by a Player on the wc999 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering or withdrawal, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by wc999 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on a casino game, live dealer table, sports event, or any other betting market available on the wc999 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where online gambling is illegal or where wc999 is not licensed to operate.

By accessing, registering on, or using the wc999 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and wc999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

To register and maintain an Account on wc999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. wc999 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at any time you place a Wager.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an Account on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from wc999 or any associated platform, or, if you have, your self-exclusion period has fully elapsed and has been formally lifted by wc999 support.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of wc999 or its technology, game, or payment service providers.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or compulsion of any kind.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the wc999 Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice, with all balances forfeited.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your Account password confidential and not sharing it with any other person under any circumstances.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying wc999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

wc999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from wc999 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

wc999 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Supported payment methods are subject to change and the current list is always available in the Cashier section of your Account.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance following confirmation from the respective payment provider. wc999 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts. All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that matches the name on your wc999 Account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address dated within the last three months.

wc999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which wc999 accepts no responsibility.

wc999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance upon expiry.
• wc999 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live dealer games, certain table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — see individual promotion terms for details.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address.
• wc999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that wagering requirements already in progress for claimed bonuses will be honoured.
• Any indication of coordinated bonus abuse, multi-accounting for bonus purposes, or exploitation of promotional loopholes will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

All Wagers placed on the wc999 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, which are accessible within the game interface or betting section. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market only.

wc999 reserves the right to void any Wager in the following circumstances:

• The Wager was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity or in breach of these Terms.
• A technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure materially affected the outcome or odds of the Wager.
• The Wager was placed in error, including palpable pricing errors on sports markets where odds are materially inconsistent with market rates at the time of placement.
• The relevant sporting event, match, or game round was cancelled, abandoned, or voided by the governing authority.

Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the relevant game lobby or betting interface. wc999 may, at its discretion, apply individual account-level betting limits for risk management purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wc999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to circumvent a self-exclusion or ban by registering on their behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with wc999.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place Wagers, or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or poker variant where collusion is possible.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-knowledge wagering in sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or palpable pricing errors in sports markets for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Charging back deposits after using the deposited funds for wagering purposes.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you are prepared to sustain within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of wc999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wc999, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

wc999's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wc999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at wc999.ws/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wc999 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and wc999 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

wc999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wc999 will provide notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory authority.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting wc999 support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under wc999's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and wc999 shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by wc999.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
